Hav­ing com­plet­ed his train­ing as a banker, Ralf Pöller stud­ied eco­nom­ics and busi­ness at the Ruhr-Uni­ver­si­ty Bochum. Fol­low­ing his stud­ies, he began his career with the audi­tors and finan­cial ser­vices firm, Deloitte & Touche in Düs­sel­dorf. Ralf Pöller has been a part­ner of the firm maas-pöller-sieglen since 2000. His focal areas include the prepa­ra­tion and audit­ing of con­sol­i­dat­ed finan­cial state­ments, finan­cial report­ing in accor­dance with the IAS/IFRS and advis­ing on the organ­i­sa­tion of con­sol­i­dat­ed finan­cial state­ments. Ralf Pöller also lec­tures and writes wide­ly on the sub­jects of group account­ing and finan­cial report­ing in accor­dance with the IFRS.
