Consolidated financial statements

We are the Ruhr District’s spe­cial­ists for con­sol­i­dat­ed finan­cial state­ments pre­pared in accor­dance with the IFRS and the Ger­man Com­mer­cial Code (Han­dels­ge­set­zbuch, “HGB”). This entails the effec­tive organ­i­sa­tion, sched­ul­ing and pro­vi­sion of exten­sive equip­ment for the tech­ni­cal aspect of the imple­men­ta­tion, along­side the prepa­ra­tion, opti­mi­sa­tion, inter­nal con­trol and super­vi­sion of the audit.

Con­sol­i­dat­ed finan­cial state­ments form the basis for stock exchange prospec­tus­es, the sale of com­pa­nies and restruc­tur­ing mea­sures. We advise on pro­ce­dures, pre­pare prospec­tus­es and sup­ple­men­tary numer­i­cal data and assist with the com­mu­ni­ca­tion aspects.

We also offer a com­pre­hen­sive, prac­ti­cal range of work­shops in these areas, avail­able to pro­fes­sion­al col­leagues and com­pa­nies. These are organ­ised via the IKR – Pri­vates Insti­tut für Konz­ern­rech­nungswe­sen GmbH, whose web­site con­tains the cur­rent pro­gramme of events.
